Delivery

The standard delivery cost for Bra's is £4.95 and £12.00 for prosthesis which are sent by DPD

Our delivery times are estimates based on standard delivery times, while we will do everything we can to make sure you get your order in a timely manner sometimes this is not possible.

It will depend on the delivery method that your order was sent by. If the delivery agent was unable to complete the delivery they should leave a note detailing your next steps. If no card was left please contact our Customer services team on 0141 440 1999 or email [email protected]

Currently, we only ship to mainland UK and Northern Ireland 

 

General

We offer VAT exemption on mastectomy products for UK customers who have undergone breast surgery.

This includes full and partial mastectomy surgery, lumpectomy surgery, and reconstructive surgery. VAT is not charged when the products are supplied for your own use.

To be eligible for VAT exemption, please tick the box at checkout that indicates you are exempt from VAT. 

VAT exemption applies to the following products:

  • Pocketed bras
  • Pocketed swimsuits 
  • Breast forms
  • Nipples

VAT is charged on all non-mastectomy goods, such as briefs and sarongs. These goods will be marked "VAT Inclusive" at checkout.

When you are not wearing your breast form, it should be stored in the original box, in the plastic cradle provided.

This will help to support the silicone and maintain its shape for longer.

If you receive a faulty item from Something Pretty, please return it to us as soon as possible.

You can call us on 0141 440 1999 or send us an email. Please enclose a brief note including your contact details and a description of the fault. Once we have received the item back, we will contact you and advise if a replacement is available or offer a full refund.

Please note that an item is deemed faulty only if it has a manufacturing fault. Normal wear and tear will not be classed as a faulty item.

Payment

We take PayPal and Stripe payments.

PayPal

With PayPal you can pay with a PayPal account or via a credit or debit card

Stripe

We take credit and debit card payments through stripe. You can also pay with Google Pay. 

You can pay on the phone if you call us on 0141 440 1999. 

You won't be able to place the order through the website, but our customer services team will take you details including payment.
