A busy month of events
On the 27th of September in the Something Pretty office, we took a little time out from a busy Friday to attend an amazing event, the MacMillan’s “World’s biggest coffee morning”. We enjoyed some coffee and a few home baked cakes at a local event. These coffee mornings were happening all over the UK in aid of Cancer care and to this point have raised nearly 1.5 million towards helping people deal with and fight Cancer. A great excuse to eat some cake and help raise some money.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month in the UK, and one of the great ways to raise money for the charity (and there are plenty) is to have a ‘Pink Friday’ at work, raise money and have a little fun on a Friday. There will be events happening all over your local area in the month of October, so don’t be afraid to get involved, especially if you know someone who has been affected by Breast Cancer. Dress Pink, Eat Pink, Work Pink. (http://www.breastcancercare.org.uk)
We also have a new flyer with some of our latest and most popular styles on it, and have recently sent it to Grampian and the North of Scotland, to some of the breast fitting services. If any new customers have any questions, would like any advice regarding fitting and which bra is most suitable for your prosthesis, please drop me an email!
